Wiring and voltage
Do the chandeliers arrive already wired?
Yes. Each creation is supplied with wiring compliant with the standards of the destination country. We always recommend a qualified electrician for electrical connections.
Is 110V wiring available (e.g. US)?
Yes. We can supply 110V or other standard wiring: please specify “US wiring 110V” (or the required standard) when ordering and you will receive a personalized quote.
Can I use LED bulbs?
Yes, you can use LED bulbs compatible with the indicated socket.
Installation and height
Is the height adjustable?
Yes, the chandeliers and pendants are adjustable via a chain.

Can the size or details be changed?
Yes, we can customize and vary the proportions, design, finishes and details, subject to technical verification and agreement by email or telephone.
Can I order a classic Murano model that isn't available on the website?
Of course. Our technical office can develop the design of the requested model, which will then be handcrafted by our master glassmakers.
Craftsmanship and authenticity
How to distinguish a handcrafted piece from an industrial one?
In handmade pieces, small variations and micro-imperfections are natural and attest to their craftsmanship: they are not defects, but traces of human labor.
Are all your items made of Murano glass?
Many, yes: they are handmade according to the authentic Murano technique in our Venetian furnaces.
Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Each work is accompanied by a certificate attesting to its production in Italy and the Murano glass technique (where applicable).

How long does it take to complete?
